Opening Times
At Holbrook, a typical school day will follow this timetable:
8.40: Classroom doors are opened and teachers welcome children into their classrooms.
8.50: Classroom doors are closed.
8.55: Registration
9:00 - 9:15: Assembly (Monday - whole school. Tuesday - Singing. Wednesday - Picture News. Thursday - in class assembly. Friday - Celebration assembly!)
9.15 - 10.40: Mathematics / Phonics / Spelling
10.45 - 11:00: Playtime
11:00 - 12:30: English / Guided Reading
12.30 - 13:30: Lunchtime
13:30: Registration
13:30 - 13:50: Handwriting lesson
13.50 - 15:15: Wider Curriculum (taught in blocks)
15.15: Children can be collected from their classrooms for hometime.
