Please can I remind parents/carers to read with your child 5 times a week. This should be recorded with a comment, date and a signature each time in their reading records. You do not have to fill a box each time, you can fill a box up with more than one comment, date and signature. For example you can write 5 days worth in one box (as they are quite large)!
