Welcome to Redgrave Class!
We are a Reception class taught by Miss Bradshaw and supported by Mrs Hacker and Mr Alija. Together we are embarking on an exciting learning journey, as we begin our school life at Holbrook Primary School.

What we are learning now
This term will be all about settling into school, establishing routines and building relationships with adults and peers. We will be learning more about ourselves, our families and celebrating our similarities and differences through our unit of learning 'Marvellous Me'. Using the story 'Funny Bones' we will explore story structure, characters and setting along with learning about our bodies and how we can stay healthy. We will begin to explore number, read lots of stories, become familiar with our new environment, sing songs and develop confidence to express our wants and needs. This term will include many firsts, from PE lessons on a Tuesday, yoga, Mossy Green Kids, Friday Celebration assembly and welly walks. We cannot wait!
