This week we started our science lessons on living things and their habitats. We have looked at vertebrates and invertebrates as well as grouping animals. Firstly, we grouped animals into the six main groups which are:-
We worked in groups to sort living things into a classification key! Each group had a set range of animals based on their habitats for example, desert animals. Then they made a chart that asked questions such as 'Does the animal have four legs?' Where they would answer 'yes' or 'no.'
