Week Five
Welcome to Week 5- Christmas has arrived!
In English, we wrote descriptions about what we thought Christmas would be like in 100 years time. We also wrote lists and wrote Christmas cards.
In Guided Reading, we looked at the John Lewis advert and thought about how Excitable Edgar felt at different parts of the story.
In Mathematics, we measured different lengths of card to make our Christmas card designs. We also practised our Times Tables by filling in number sentences that made a Christmas picture.
We made party hats for the whole school Christmas lunch and made Christingles for the Year 3 and 4 Christingle service. We also enjoyed our Christmas party where we ate some party food.
