Before Christmas we were treated to a music concert by Dennis and Harrison, who played their guitars. The whole class really enjoyed it. Here's a clip of them singing along to 'Old Town Road'- we hope you enjoy it.

Open Afternoon

Thank you to all the parents who joined us for our Open Afternoon. We really enjoyed researching how Trowbridge compares to other places in the world and sharing our learning.

Today in Science we measured the mass and weight of different objects, to find out if there was a relationship between an object's mass and it's weight. We will finish the experiment later this week so keep an eye out to see what our conclusion is!

This week's spellings were given out last Friday and will be tested this Friday. Please find a copy below if you need a spare.

Today we made art in the style of Hokusai by

- Collaborating to cut out polystyrene printing block

- Carving a nature design on to our printing block

- Painting on to the block

- Using it to print on to our picture

- Painting in the rest of the landscape using colour washing to create soft colours

We have been practising our long jump skills this week. Check out our amazing jumps!
