week 3
Welcome to week 3!
This week we have been practicing songs for the Christingle service, Kandinsky's singing is beauitiful! We have also been given lines to practice for the special service. We are very excited to have a line to say!
In science we have looked at food chains and created our own food chains, which were fantastic. We have also looked at animals including humans where we have looked at the digestive system and the functions of each organ.
In PE we have enjoyed pretending to be a piece of popcorn and dancing to the popcorn song.
In English we have loved the topic of the non-chronological report. The children have made up their own animal and made a factual report on the animal, as if it was a real animal. They have included information about their animals diet, appearance, and habitat - which links to out class topic!
We also made a class animal together called 'The Leoprasaurus.'
